Terms and Conditions for OneCrediit - Effective Date: 2024

Welcome to OneCrediit! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OneCrediit Virtual Top Up (VTU) instant internet data and airtime recharge and billing services provided through our mobile application ("App") and website ("Site"). By accessing or using DataKonnet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

    a. OneCrediit provides a platform for users to recharge airtime, purchase data bundles, and pay bills for various telecom operators.

    b. Transactions conducted through OneCrediit are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective telecom operators.

    c. We strive to ensure the accuracy and availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our App or Site.

2. Registration and Accounts

    a. To use certain features of OneCrediit, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.

    b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    c. You agree to notify OneCrediit immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Transaction Terms

    a. When you initiate a transaction through OneCrediit, you authorize us to process the transaction on your behalf.

    b. Payments made through OneCrediit are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

    c. OneCrediit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion, including due to technical errors or suspected fraud.

4. User Conduct

    a. You agree to use OneCrediit in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    b. You may not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or harassment.

    c. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of OneCrediit, including through hacking, distribution of viruses, or other harmful code.

5. Intellectual Property

    a. The content, design, and features of OneCrediit are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of OneCrediit without our explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

    a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneCrediit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

    b. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through OneCrediit.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    a. OneCrediit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our App or Site.

8. Termination

    a. OneCrediit may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

    a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
